Our bodywork, whether it is Massage, Reflexology, Ayurveda, or a blended treatment is rooted in connection to divine source. We work with your nervous system to release energy and stagnation.

We also offer 4 week 1:1 and group Ayurvedic & Somatic Programs. This is a perfect way to introduce and integrate holistic wellness in a gentle way.

In our community we are currently offering a once a month workshop-Balance the body. This workshop incorporates light movement, somatic work, and meditation to balance the nervous system.

Lastly, we offer Vedic inspired jewelry and Malas (prayer beads). Each piece is individually crafted with intention and love.
