Bowen Therapy uses a light touch and gentle movements,
specifically applied to facilitate the innate healing ability within the body.
I first discovered Bowen Therapy during a training for Oncology Massage.
Massage, while relaxing and very beneficial for cancer patients, was at times inappropriate.

Bowenwork offered another technique to help with pain, anxiety and healing.
