An Old Grey Mare

An Old Grey Mare LLC (AOGM) provides Equine Gestalt Coaching™ and Equine Facilitation™ sessions (no riding) to help you shed emotional baggage that no longer serves you. Carefully designed personal experiences with horses move you toward greater self awareness and self compassion. Being with horses helps your body relax and allows you to tell your stories and state your truth. Horses powerfully hold space for you with no judgement and provide a sense of safety as you voice your past traumas.
As the human coach co-creates real, practical Gestalt experiences during your session, you physically and emotionally work through life's trauma and trials to move forward with more ease. You can drop your painful triggers in the dirt as you leave the arena.

Single Private Sessions (90 minutes with coach and horse)
